The fault diagnostics challenge is what drives me. I simply love the challenge, the job satisfaction it gives me and my clients appreciation of the problem solved.

I am a Microsoft Certified Professional with 26 years support experience. I am fluent in all versions of Microsoft's Windows operating systems for home users and various server applications, although this service is for home users only.

I am also experienced with Apple Mac's. The hardware is very similar to PC's and the software is simply laid out differently. My view is that they are essentially both personal computers, but presented in a different way.

If you prefer, you can bring your equipment to me or I offer a mobile service. I will endeavour to solve any issues at your premises, but there are times when I may have to bring your equipment back here for either more complex issues, ordering of replacement components or intermittent faults that need more time to diagnose.
